Helping everyone be safe as we reopen

We are looking forward to welcoming you all back to Nursery next week and getting to know our new children and families.

We have given a great deal of thought to how we can help everyone be as safe as possible. Here are some key points and our risk assessment and Home Nursery Agreement for your information.

Please let us know what you think and do not hesitate to get in touch and ask any questions.

We will be using our outdoor space for many activities.

Two year olds will have a separate entrance and will use our smaller room and garden so the children will mix with fewer children during the day.

Everyone will wash their hands when they arrive and we will wash hands with the children regularly through the day.

We have slightly altered our start and finish times to avoid too many people arriving at once.

We do not expect young children to socially distance and they will play together and adults will support and comfort them as needed.

We ask anyone who has any symptoms to remain at home and book a test.

Our staff take our responsibility very seriously so practice social distancing and follow all guidance while away from the Nursery and ask our families to do the same.
