The staff took part in a very useful training day about behaviours that challenge. We had time to really think about the needs of our children including ways to use Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We have been thinking about how to develop kindness. Our staff encourage kindness by pointing it out when the children act kindly towards each other, this helps the children develop positive behaviours.
